Landsborough Lane - Wanaka

A restrictive sized site with lake views to capture!

It was a wonderfully formed relationship with the clients which enabled the design process & the project as a whole to achieve something really special here.

A place to come & rest away from their busy lives in the north island, this ski pad was designed with easy lock & leave living in mind, while obtaining the greatest of comfort & ensuring the views were caught in their entirety throughout the upper level.

The bricks are from Canterbury Clay’s Create Range, White Emperor (Wai-iti) & placed in a random cut profile with Firths Premium White mortar. The contrast to the brick is our commonly used James Hardie Oblique, also placed in a random profile.

Thoughtful choices throughout the internal finishes were a testament to our clients great taste. Every room has something to show & you really feel like you don’t want to leave when your immersed in the homes spaces, looking out to Lake Wanaka & the surrounding majestic landscape.

Wouldn’t change a thing here. Well done to all involved.
